Phase I 💙

Clean Out and Get Ready for Success (Week 1)

During the first phase you’ll learn the basics of how the plan works and start throwing out the bad stuff including refrigerator and pantry items and maybe even some other bad influences.

So each day, you’ll be educated and have tips and guidelines to get you ready to start the next phase.

Phase II 💙

Eliminate (Weeks 2-5)

You’ll remove sugar and unhealthy fats, as well as dairy, wheat, gluten and other unhealthy grains, soy, corn, peanuts and alcohol, all of which inflame your gut and make weight loss more difficult. Don’t panic! You’ll get most of these foods back in Phase 3.

During the elimination phase, your body will start to feel less inflamed. With decreased inflammation, your body starts to let go of toxins and fat, setting you up for more success in later phases. And you’ll have delicious protein shakes every day!

Phase III 💙

Clean Out and Get Ready for Success (Week 1)

During the first phase you’ll learn the basics of how the plan works and start throwing out the bad stuff including refrigerator and pantry items and maybe even some other bad influences.

So each day, you’ll be educated and have tips and guidelines to get you ready to start the next phase.

Phase IV 💙

Transition and Exercise (Weeks 7-10)

After your elimination and reintroduction phases, you’re going to have a little more fun, prepping for the final phase and adding in some physical activity. Phase 4 will incorporate all of the principles from the previous phases and teach you how to move in to a Healthy Lifestyle.

You’ll learn about exercise, including weight training and what workouts optimize your healthy weight during the last half of your program. You’ll also start to learn that healthy living includes the joy of shopping for, cooking, eating healthy and delicious food with family and friends.

Phase V 💙

Healthy Lifestyle for Life (Weeks 11, 12 & Beyond)

So what does this journey look like for the rest of your life? It looks like simplicity, power, moderation, saying “no” sometimes but also saying “yes” and feeling free either way. By phase 5 you will be able to start making healthy choices for yourself without having to cling to this patient guide.

You’ll have an exercise program that you can use the rest of your life and eating guidelines that are doable and that will keep those pounds off, forever!
